The Charataristic of FB and Twitter

Hello there,

The 2 of most popular SNS (Social Network Service) Site in the world nowadays, Facebook and twitter could make a good work on changing the pattern of social behavior and the news spreading. Those of the SNS site are allowing the user to post the text and multimedia content, to show what they are doing and thinking. However, they are two different types of social network service platform which have different characteristic. This also make them have different functions and positioning.

                                                    

Lets talk about the left one : Facebook - a portal site of relation networking.

Facebook is found by Mark Zuckerberg on 2005, which is inspired by the "Facebook" - The contact book which is a book that list schoolmates photos and their contact numbers form High school. The concept was used in Facebook that, it was construct the portal of connect, and make them can use this portal to join in different relationship networks, and make they keep connect in the those network. And it is easy to operating, also integrating the different tools, make the user is more easier to make it work and keep to use it.

About the right one : Twitter , is a micro-blogging site that is simpler.

The twitter have lesser function than Facebook that it was providing tweet(corresponding with facebook "post"), retweet(corresponding with facebook "share"), and the multimedia sharing function only, and facebook was providing the groups, pages, live ...etc. The Twitter's system is encouraging the user to give linking with the others by constantly (One of the design of "Follow") , which could allow to build up the relationship of sharing the collective consciousness , which is sharing the analogous value, and bring it to the relationship network. 

These 2 Characteristic also let the user to connect with the network with relation network, and attracting their user to keep to use them to maintain it. How their performance are? We will talk on next article.
